OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee all tooling designed and manufactured by this company to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days. We limit our guarantee to replacement or repair of defective products after an inspection by our engineering department. Defective products must be returned to Tri-State Tooling Technologies in Cleveland, GA.
All insert profiles are guaranteed to be “as ordered”. If upon inspection the insert profile is found to be incorrect, it will be reground or replaced at the discretion of Tri-State at no charge. We do not guarantee against insert knife breakage.
